Myself and my sister were relocating our elderly mother across the country to be closer to us. We were very worried about her antique furniture and of course the cost during these difficult times. However, the Canadian Premium VL team worked very hard to accommodate all of our changes. We submitted an inventory list of the items that were moving and what items required additional packing and attention. They were great and responded to each and every request. I was very pleased to find out that we were only charged for packing services and the quote otherwise remained the same. I would definitely recommend their services again, especially because the office staff took such great care in ensuring that we were comfortable with every step of the way.

Simply Amazing! I have nothing further to add. We moved from Victoria BC to Laval in QC and when we arrived our circumstances changed. Instead of immediate delivery, we needed now storage as we arrived into our unit completely in unlivable conditions. When we called and requested storage, the staff were able to accommodate it and even offered very reasonable storage rates. We are beyond thankful for the great service!
